Course abstract

Within the framework of professional practice, the student gets acquainted with the administrative, organizational and technological processes related to real estate management work in the municipality, State Land Service or company, depending on where the student chooses to undertake the internship. During the internship, the student can supplement the theoretical knowledge by practically participating in one of the real estate management works - in the field of cadastre, real estate cadastral valuation, spatial planning or land use planning.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knows and understands real estate management work. Evaluated according to the professional practice report.
Is able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, perform work carefully and accurately and work independently. Evaluated according to the professional practice report.

Able to independently acquire, select and analyze information and data and use the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills in real estate management. Evaluated according to the professional practice report

Course Content(Calendar)

Full-time studies:
1. Arrival at the practice site. Getting acquainted with the company and the types of work in it. Execution of practice tasks according to the instructions of the Company's practice manager.
2. Execution of practice tasks in accordance with the instructions of the Company's practice manager.
3. Execution of practice tasks. Compilation and defense of the practice report.

Part-time studies:

All topics specified for full-time studies are implemented, but the number of contact hours is 1/2 of the specified number of hours

Requirements for awarding credit points

During the internship, the student must fulfill the responsibilities imposed by the Head of the Company's internship, the quality of which is described by the Head of the Company's internship in his / her reference to the intern. During the internship, the student must compile an internship report signed by the head of the Company's internship, which must be submitted and defended at the department. Professional practice is assessed with a "test with a mark".

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work

The student must independently compile an internship report, in which he / she must describe the internship place, provide information about the work performed during the internship, which must be accompanied by visible graphic materials.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes

The student receives an assessment “Test with a mark” for the prepared practice report in accordance with the Methodological Instructions, for the content of the practice report and answers to questions about the work done during the practice. The reference of the Head of the Company's practice regarding the trainee's attitude towards the imposed obligations is also taken into account.
