Course abstract
The aim of this course is to provide students with legal aspects of real property and basic questions of economic. The course subjects about management of real property. Students uptake knowledge about renovation, reconstruction and construction management of real property. The course subjects about insurance of real property.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• knowledge - for real property legal and economic aspects, as well as property management, maintenance and insurance issues;
• skills - know how to apply knowledge of the real property economy;
• competence - acquired knowledge and practical skills in real estate management, maintenance and insurance. Be able to critically evaluate your own knowledge and skills, be able to respond for your own work quality.
