Course abstract
Students develop the study project for diving of choosen joint property into real parts to perfect their knowledge obtained in theoretical course and gain insight into procedures of development and technical and legal solutions of mentioned projects.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• Knowledge and critical understanding on general issues of formation of real property, as well as on formation of land parcels, buildings and sets of premises, and composition of real properties.
• Skills without assistance to perform functions of real property formation and use methods of real property formation.
• Competence in collaboration with supervisor of study course to manage processing and evaluation of achieved results.
