Course abstract
Students learn in depth and identify the delimitation of the legal system problems. It provides students an in-depth knowledge of legal border-setting issues. Programs used in developing Latvian Republic legislation, case law and experience in the SLS is to provide knowledge about the processes related to the delimitation of rights and boundary disputs.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge and critical understanding on general issues of boundary rights of real property, as well as interpretation of legal acts and its application procedures;
• skills without assistance to perform functions of boundary rights of real property and boundary disputs and to apply the relevant legal acts;
• competence in collaboration with supervisor of study course to manage processing and evaluation of achieved results
