Course abstract

Students acquire basic legal aspects of land tenure formation, its objectives and tasks. Students developing and improving their understanding about the legal aspects of land ownership, drawing conclusions about the issues of the topic of research work.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have knowledge and critical understanding on general issues of rights of real property, as well as interpretation of legal acts and its application procedures, skills express their views, arguing its and drawing conclusions about the current issues of the topic of research work.
