Course abstract
The course gives information about management of information systems development. The project management activities of information systems development are discussed on the basis of methodical recommendations of the project management and the best practices of software engineering.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
knowledge about worldwide known and used software development project management methods and best practices,
skills to organize and manage software development projects,
competences working in teams or independently, to use defined forms of project documentation, to organize and implement project management activities, assure the others and argue their own point of view.
