Course abstract

Study course include: Shemes of sewerage, project of sewerage network. Hydraulic calculus,technical and econimic substantion. Mehanical, chemical and biological wastewater treatment methods and technologies. Design of facilities for wastewater treatment. The management of wastewater treatment process. Treatment and disposal of sludge. Economical argumentation of accepted developmen of wastewater treatment devices.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After Finishing the course students will have knowledges in shemes of sewerage, design of sewerage network, hydraulic calculus, technical and econimic substantion.Wastewater treatment technology, disposal wastewater sludge in agriculture.
After finishing the course students will get the skills in design shemes of sewerage network hydraulic, technical and econimic substantion. To know wastewater treatment methods and princips of treatment plant operation and building, treatment devices. Design of facilities for the treatment of wastewater. and disposal of sludge.
After finishing the course students will have competence in design of sewerage systems and wastewater treatment methods, tehnology shemes of wastewater treatment plants, technical and econimic substantion and disposal sludge in agriculture. Wastewater input in rivers.

9. The calculus of waste watter treatment plants aeration tanks.

The exam is passed and student have 5KP if:
Student to prepar and give the lecture, volume 20 p. and give all right answer on 3 exam questions.

Student must prepare and give the lecture, volume 20 pages. The study the bibliografhy of water management and wastewater treatment.
