Course abstract
Rhetoric as communication. Psychological aspects of comunication. Oratory techniques and business presentation, public speech. Presentation and coherent text drafting and analysis. Modes and styles of speech. Argumentation in the text drafting, text analysis and polemics. Strategies of polemics and tactics.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge on rhetoric, oratory, public speech, argumentation and polemics.
Skills: orator techniques, presentation building, public speech and presenting.
Competences: competence of reasoned speech and communication of civil servant and employee of public administration.
