Course abstract

Students acquire knowledge of the contemporary problems of philosophy and business ethics develop skills in analysing philosophical problems as well as skills in group work and communication. In addition to lectures the course includes discussions in seminars and of student`s papers.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Learning outcomes:after completing the course student will have:
• Knowledge of philosophy, knowledge of ethics, knowledge of the main contemporary philosophical problems.
• Skills in analysing, comparing and interpreting ethical and philosophical texts. Skills in preparing and presenting papers about philosophical topics.
• Competence to assess philosophical and ethical ideas in the context of current issues and in the context of student`s further professional activity
