Course abstract

The aim of the course is to acquire skills in computer aided design, application of graphical computer programs for scientific work design, drawing energetic projects - plans, schematics, investigated data characteristics, applying design programs for technical documentation, drawing an electric installation, lighting, power supply plans, electronic and electric schematics, technological process visualization.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

1. Knowledge - drawing and reading of energy diagrams, standards, use of circuit symbols, use of computer software in image processing, preparation of technical documentation and use in technological processes – test;
2. Skills - read and draw electrical and electronic circuits, practical skills in working with graphic computer programs – control test; creatively use the acquired knowledge in the design of articles – test.

3. Competence - is able to independently create, check and apply technical documentation, create a graphical solution of the scheme. The acquired knowledge will be used to design the graphic part of the research – test.
