Course abstract

The study course provides knowledge about development of business activities in the globalization conditions. In scope of the course it is envisaged to review the various aspects of globalization essence. The course provides an overview of the dynamics and its influence on the world economics in general, as well as on its particular spheres – finance and capital market, development of technologies, real estate markets etc. Social and legal aspects of business activities under globalization conditions will be analyzed,as well as ocorporative social responsibility.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

The students will obtain knowledge and practical skills regarding options how enterprises can in the most appropriate way adopt to the processes of globalization, making use of its caused advantages and secure against its caused risks. After completing the course the students will comprehend the meaning of corporate social responsibility in business management, building a fair attitude to employees, shareholders and customers of an enterprise.
