Course abstract

"Computer Hardware I" theoretical knowledge is reinforced by laboratory work to use hardware diagnostics and searching and replacing the damage nodes. Determination and match the operating computer of components in a practical.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

As a result of learning this course students get:
• knowledge about computer hardware, mutual cooperation and architecture of computer parts and operation principles of external equipment;
• skills to repair and upgrade computer and peripheral equipment, swap the obsolete elements;
• competence to use hardware parts in the specified computer, to justify the purchase needs of a computer in personal and business, to justify the purchase of external equipment, to justify the replacement computer element.
