Course abstract

Students will learn computer hardware, the principles according to which the work computer, interaction between computer components, as well as individual computer electronic components and construction activities. Students are introduced to, processors, memory, bus, power supply, BIOS, computer control, expansion cards, ports, computer repairs and computer upgrades. Theoretical knowledge is reinforced by laboratory work.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge of computer technical design, features computer interaction and design, as well as external equipment works;
• Skills to repair computers and computer peripheral devices exchange obsolete components, upgrade computers;
• Competence computer technical elements in a given computer, to justify the purchase of computers for personal and classroom use, basic computer external equipment, basic computer elements of change
