In the course exploitation conditions of structures and necessity of renovation is analysed. Renovation exercises of building renovation are discussed taking into account foundation deformations, processes in base and changes of base properties. Renovation methods and calculations are discussed together with renovation technology.
Knowledge about reliability estimation of structures and foundations and renovation methods; skills to estimate technical situation of structures and base and perform design of renovation; competence to define foundation renovation problem, choose calculation method and evaluate the acquired results.
