Course abstract

Goal of the course is to teach about labour work organization methods, technological maps of work sequence, labour-consuming characters, construction site layouts. Also this course provide knowledge at rational material and technical resource planning, optimal selection of devices and mechanisms for the main construction works, warehousing, temporary buildings and roads, energy solutions (services), appropriate building technology choices based on technical and economic calculations of rational construction machinery.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After studying the course the student will be strengthened, expanded and systematized theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of legislation, construction law; construction work processes, technology, construction work planning, organizing and conducting on site, acquired the necessary skills to elaborate works of the organization (performance) project (construction schedule, construction master plan, construction of technological systems and quality assurance plan), acquired skills in the organization of works on construction sites will have the competence - the ability to develop a process for planning and construction management work for the project. Ability to comply with building codes appropriate technology works, prepare and execute files, as well as to determine the protective measures. The ability to monitor the construction process for the completed work of technical and quality control of completed work records, check out covered works.
