Course abstract

Students acquire knowledge about the classification of buildings and the building objects of cadastral surveying. Students get to know the cadastral surveying of buildings and its importance in the cadastral valuation of buildings. They acquire knowledge about the cadastral surveying of groups of premises and engineering structures. Students gain the knowledge about the legal aspects and the methodology of cadastral surveying of buildings.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge about the legal aspects of cadastral surveying of buildings, as well as the development methodologie of cadastral surveying of buildings;
• skills to use the theoretical knowledge in practice cadastral surveying of buildings, to work with care and precision and to work independently.
• competence to independently access, select and analyze information and data and acquired the knowledge practical skills to participate in process of cadastral surveying of buildings.
