Students explore the many stage civil design and construction project management principles. Teaches many stages civil design and construction project management calendar graphic design with a variety of tasks in all levels of the occupational hierarchy, time, material and financial resources needed for planning and management. Teaches the construction management, legislative base, including the construction author supervision, building and site commissioning. Practical construction management is being developed with the most economical variant graphic modelling, ranging with deadlines and resources
Knowledge in the management of construction projects both: during the full design cycle and during practical construction. Skills: Developing the necessary documentation for project management based on the legal, legislative, financial and other resources base. To assess in the amount of time, financial and resources all additional aspects - supervision, construction surveillance, commissioning of a construction. Competence: Being able to develop documentation of the construction management.
1. Nature of the structure plan for the management of the construction project, application in construction and full-cycle construction projects.

10. Ways and formats for displaying project management planning and job information. Calendar, Gantt Chart, Graphics
11. Display actual messages about the progress of project management, types of changes, and recording.
12. Technical preparation, presentation and printing of materials for project management organisationally.
13. Project management risk insurance, legal aspects and liability
14. Quality control and assurance in the management processes of construction projects
15. Project management aspects of the legislative framework.

Listen to a lecture course and develop a calendar timeline for the management of construction projects. Successful test.
The study course does not provide for individual own-initiative work. Own-initiative studies are related to drawing up and defending the calendar.
The calendar timeline (design management) must include at least 32-35 action units, each unit must have assigned parameters (time capacity, correct name, link to another operation), display at least two process-related processes in two sub-tiers, all processes must be linked (sales codes). At least 3 types of different lines should be reflected. A schedule with a defined name and identification must be printed on an appropriate scale, reflecting readable detail.
