Students acquire knowledge of shape and size of the Earth, coordinate systems used in geodesy, geodetic measurement types, mathematical processing of measurement and evaluation of their accuracy, the surface display in plans and maps and point identification. Acquire the horizontal, inclination angle and magnetic azimuth measuring. Students acquire knowledge of the types of measurements, the angle measurement, distance measurement and leveling. Students learn the various surveying types - horizontal, vertical and topographic surveying, Acquire knowledge of surveying methods and instruments.
• Knowledge about the shape and size of the Earth, coordinate systems, LKS-92, line orientation, geodetic measurement types and mathematical processing of measurements, area determination methods and tools. Students acquire knowledge of geodetic instruments checks and surveying.
• Skills to apply theoretical knowledge in practice - make traverse orthogonal coordinate calculations, assess their accuracy and draw up a situation plan by surveying sketch and design it according to the requirements. Students acquire skills to determine areas with different methods, work with optical and digital instruments, acquire skills to work carefully and accurately, and work independently as well as in team.
• Competence: 1) independently face the challenges, and when faced with problems - solve them independently or together with teachers, 2) select and apply in practice geodetic instruments and tools, 3) collaborate with teachers and classmates.
